Online Educational Presentations
A Specialist from the Provider Outreach and Education (POE) Department will present educational modules designed to help you gain a better understanding of the Medicare program, coverage criteria, and billing requirements for submitting Medicare claims.
In order to view these presentations, you must have Adobe® Flash® Player installed on your computer. This program is free and available for most major computer platforms.
Choose a topic from the list below. The presentation will begin automatically, then a presenter will guide you through the navigation process. Following the presentation, you will be asked questions to test your knowledge of the topic and a few feedback questions regarding the presentation.
All presentations can be downloaded to your computer for future reference. Although Continuing Education Units (CEUs) will not be provided by the Upstate Medicare Division, agendas are provided for those who would like to submit them to their accrediting entity for CEU credit.
