CMS CERT Web Site - Information on the CERT program presented by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). This site contains an overview of the CERT program and CERT reports, including error rates, over-utilized codes, and improper payments.
CERT Provider Web Site - The CERT Documentation Contractor Web site is available for providers to review address information the CERT Documentation Contractor currently has in the CMS database. This is a "read only" site with an email link (byron@certcdc.com) to send updates to. Providers may also call a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at 301-957-2380 to update information. Verification of the information will be done via a return telephone call to the provider's office to ensure authenticity.
